Valerie E. Lang lives in Melbourne, Australia and has worked in a kindergarten class for the last nine years. Through her Whisker Team Story books, she hopes to share with children the special bond between people and animals. She is inspired by her father, Charles Lang, who always gave her the encouragement and support to write.
